EmpoWomen and Women TechEU Join Forces at Valencia Digital Summit 2025!

We are thrilled to announce that our programme’s consortium partner, Sploro, will be leading a powerful delegation of EmpoWomen and Women TechEU startups to the Valencia Digital Summit (VDS) already this week!

This participation is a shining example of the synergy between the two initiatives, demonstrating a shared commitment to supporting and scaling female-led deep tech ventures across Europe. The VDS will serve as a high-profile platform for these innovative companies to connect with investors, industry leaders, and potential partners.

Highlights of Our Participation:

Our delegation will be driving a discussion on global scaling and showcasing cutting-edge deep tech solutions through two main activities:

1. Panel: “Going global from day-one: women leading deep tech towards scaling up”

• Time: 11:00 – 11:20 (20 min)
• What: This panel brings together founders and high-level leaders from both the EmpoWomen and Women TechEU ecosystems to unpack the real levers of internationalisation for early-stage science-driven ventures. We will tackle essential topics like IP strategy, regulatory pathways, capital, corporate pilots, and talent.

  • What: Prepare for a dynamic session where founders from both programs will deliver 3-minute lightning pitches to a panel of expert investors and industry leaders. The top three startups will receive prizes!
  • Presenters: Marta Fernández and Mario Paladini

• Jury: Virginia Gómez, Agathe Acchiardo and one more panel investor expert
