This document, an update of deliverable D4.1 titled “Dissemination & Communication Plan 2025”, represents the strategic framework for dissemination and communication activities for the second year (2025) of the EmpoWomen project.
Deliverable 4.2, titled Annual Report on D&C Activities, provides a comprehensive overview of the communication and dissemination strategy implemented within the first year of the EmpoWomen Project. It details the methodologies and tools the consortium and associated partners have employed to effectively promote and communicate their activities throughout the year.
Deliverable D4.1 – “Dissemination & Communication Plan”, framed within the EU-required WP4 – “Ecosystem Building & Exploitation” of the EmpoWomen project. The main objective of ecosystem building within the EmpoWomen project is to create and nurture a supportive and collaborative environment for women entrepreneurs, and to connect women with mentors, advisors, and resources that can help them succeed.
Deliverable 3.3 Programme services document outlines all planned activities within the 2nd edition of the EmpoWomen Programme by offering the programme timeline with the sequence of programme events, detailed descriptions of the programme services, explains various session types, content, objectives, and outcomes.
This report is designed to comprehensively cover all aspects of the acceleration programme for women-led deep tech startups analyzing the impact of the acceleration programme, including the execution, results achieved, feedback collected, and analytical insights into the services provided.

This deliverable – D2.1 Open Call Documentation – provides a detailed overview of the materials and resources developed to support the launch and dissemination of the 2nd open call within the EmpoWOMEN project. It includes essential components such as guidelines for applicants, an online submission form, promotional leaflets, and the official open call announcements for wide distribution.
